Terms and Conditions:

  • All requests for booking modifications/amendments can be done by yourself  sending an email to office(at)color-buresch(dot)at
  • If you request a date/time change we will attempt to honor your request; However we cannot guarantee date/time change requests as all requests and amendments are subject to availability.
  • EMAIL: Please check your email. We always send out emails but unfortunately sometimes they end up in the spam folder, check and save our email address office(at)color-buresch(dot)at  as safe!
  • COLOR BURESCH - Gabrielle M. Buresch-Teichmann accepts payments by PayPal and by Bank Transfer. 
  • Full payment or deposit by credit card is required to make a reservation. In all prices we charge, we are exempt from Austrian VAT.
  • COLOR BURESCH- reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute a product  that you have booked at www.color-buresch.at at any time, for any reason. In such cases,  if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

CANCELLATION terms and conditions 

  • COLOR BURESCh  enforces a 48 hour prior of the event/zoominar refund policy.
  • Cancellations can be communicated via E-mail at office(at)color-buresch(dot)at, NO less than 48 hours in advance of the booked event / zoominar. 
  • No partial refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked event / zoominar. 
  • No partial refunds are available once the the booked event / zoominar has commenced.
  • No partial refunds are given in case of either delay or non-appearance on the part of the customer.
  • The data provided by you (your name, email address, telephone number, payment details, etc) will be used by only authorized personnel that are permitted to access personal data, and they can do so solely for the purposes of their work.
