Throughout the workshop, you'll explore the subtle energies of each chakra, learning how specific colors and light frequencies can harmonize and activate these energy centers. Engaging exercises, meditations, and visualizations will allow you to directly experience the transformative power of light and color on your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to these modalities, this workshop offers valuable tools to help you feel more vibrant, balanced, and connected to your inner self.

Participants will get a basic education on the eight chakras and an interactive experience with each one, facilitated by four experts in the fields of color and light therapy. We want you to feel good, and everything we share has the intention of helping you find a deeper sense of connection and relaxation on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Valerie will guide us through the 1st and 2nd chakras with some sensory resets.
Olja will guide us through the 3rd and 4th chakras with some intuitive visualizations.
Christiane will guide us through the 5th and 6th chakras with the help of some meditative mantras.
Nathan will guide us through the 7th and 8th chakras with the help of some sunning practices.
